Sustainable Construction
Q22 is a development project designed to equally prioritize comfort for future tenants and adherence to the highest environmental protection standards.
Deepki
We use a tool that supports companies in the ecological transformation of their real estate portfolio. By collecting and analysing existing data, Deepki justifies the purpose of planned and implemented ecological solutions. This effectively reduces the negative impact on the environment.
Asset IQ
Asset IQ is the CBRE IoT (Internet of Things) management company's product for smart buildings. It helps improve operational and energy efficiency by retrieving, displaying and analysing performance data across an asset portfolio in real time.
Eco-magazine
Every three months we publish an "Eco Magazine" for Q22 employees, in which we inspire to be green every day. In each issue you will find: eco inspirations, proven tips, global eco trends, work-life balance topics and zero waste advice. The magazine is published free of charge in the traditional version and online.
Events
We organise cyclical events focused on ecology and a healthy lifestyle. Thus, we encourage our tenants to protect the environment every day, and we appreciate their involvement in the form of ecological prizes and gadgets created exclusively according to the fair trade principle. Events and cyclical campaigns of Q22 are addressed both to the employees of the office building and the clients of the shopping arcade.
Green energy
Since January 2021, the Q22 office building has been fully powered by green energy coming from renewable sources - wind farms. It is the first project in the portfolio of Invesco Real Estate, the building's owner in Poland, with this type of certificate.
