Building description

Q22 owes its name to the words "quality" and "quartz", because quartz crystal was the main inspiration for the architects designing the body of the tower. The monolithic nature of the building with its gently broken planes and glass-aluminum façade with simple divisions emphasize its dynamic character. The 195-metre-high building, located in the very center of Warsaw at the junction of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street, provides 52 209 m2 of modern and fully ecological premium office space.

The ground and first levels offer space for retail and service activities, with restaurants, a café, a hair and beauty salon. The 14th floor, meanwhile, offers access to a fitness club.

The remaining floors provide office space arranged in class A, which ensures the highest standard of work for tenants.

There are 348 parking spaces available to users of Q22 office building in the underground garage, including charging stations for electric vehicles. Moreover, three minutes on foot, at the ONZ Roundabout, there is a station of the second metro line.

The building has achieved two important certifications in terms of safety - BREEAM Outstanding and environmental policy - SGS Covid Free. And as of 2021, it uses only renewable electricity.

The certificate is awarded to facilities meeting the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, also in terms of preventing Covid-19. SGS Polska auditors conduct research based on protocols compliant with recommendations of WHO, CDC (or ECDS) and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate. Q22 passed all tests in an exemplary manner.
